Absolutely loved my evening here! The atmosphere was so lively and welcoming. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made our experience even better. The drinks were well priced and they had a lovely selection of wines. Highly recommend for a fun night out!

I recently visited this charming pub with some friends and I must say, it exceeded all our expectations! The moment we walked in, we were greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The décor gave off such a cosy, vintage vibe that we felt right at home. We decided to try a few different dishes from their menu and each one was a delight! The homemade steak pie was particularly impressive — the meat was tender, and the gravy was rich and flavourful. Not to mention, the selection of craft beers they offered was fantastic! I tried a local IPA that was perfectly hoppy. The staff were attentive but not overly intrusive, ensuring we had everything we needed without feeling rushed. One minor hiccup was that it took a little while for our food to arrive, but the wait was definitely worth it. I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxed evening with good food and great company. I can’t wait to return and try more of their delightful menu items!

I had a fantastic time during my visit recently. It’s such a welcoming place, where you can feel the good vibes as soon as you walk in. The selection of ales is impressive, and I enjoyed trying a few different pints. The highlight of my night was definitely the loaded nachos we ordered; they were delicious and generous! I didn’t love the layout of the seating, though, as it felt a bit cramped at times. Still, it didn’t ruin the experience. Overall, I’d definitely return for another fun evening!

What a gem! This pub has such character and charm. I went here for a quiz night with some friends, and we all had a brilliant time. The quizmaster was humorous and engaging, making the evening so much fun. The food was surprisingly good for a pub, particularly the fish and chips; fresh and crispy! The staff were polite and efficient, ensuring we had drinks topped up throughout the night. My only small complaint was that it got a bit noisy as the night went on, which made it hard to hear the quiz questions at times. Still, it was all part of the lively atmosphere. I can’t wait to go back!

I’m so glad I stumbled upon this wonderful pub during my trip! The ambience is warm and inviting, perfect for a casual evening with friends. I particularly appreciated the diverse selection of beverages, especially the locally brewed ales. It’s also worth mentioning that the staff were incredibly helpful; they went out of their way to recommend drinks based on what I liked. For food, I ordered the burger, which was juicy and perfectly cooked. I would say the only downside was that the service could be a bit slow at peak times, but the friendly staff and the quality of the food made up for it. I left with a full belly and a big smile. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in the area, as this place has quickly become a favourite of mine!
